What does an Active Paid License mean?

An active paid license is a license that has a subscription attached to it.

Do I need to provide payment details:

You do not need to provide payment details to sign up to Salable and to “Get Started.” You will only need to provide your payment  information when you decide to go to “Live mode.”

Are there any hidden fees or additional costs associated with the pricing plans?

No, all fees and charges are clearly outlined. The price you see is what you pay—there are no hidden fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

How does billing work?

Billing is conducted on a monthly basis. You will be automatically billed each month, on the monthly anniversary of your start date.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing period.

Are there any additional costs for customer support?

No, all of our pricing plans include access to standard customer support. For more personalised assistance, we offer premium support packages at an additional cost and also as part of the Enterprise Plan.
