1. Introduction

Trust & Security Information

At Salable (part of The Adaptavist Group), security and trust are not optional — they are at the core of our platform. We want our customers to feel confident that their data is safe, their privacy is respected, and our systems are resilient.

2. Our security commitment

We design Salable with security in mind from day one. Our processes, policies, and controls are reviewed regularly to ensure we meet high standards for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

  • ISO 27001 is a prestigious international standard for information security, confirming that we meet the International Standards Organization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission's (IEC) stated requirements for all aspects of cybersecurity and data privacy.
  • The SOC 2 Type 2 audit report assesses the implementation and effectiveness of our security controls over an extended period of time, offering reassurance that your information is appropriately protected by us on an ongoing basis.

3. How we protect your data

Salable applies strict safeguards to protect your information throughout its lifecycle.

  • Data retention & deletion — We only keep personal data as long as necessary for its intended purpose. When it’s no longer needed, it’s securely removed.
  • Controlled access — Only authorised personnel have access to sensitive data, following the principle of least privilege.
  • Secure handling of customer content — If you choose to remove Salable or discontinue use, any stored content is scheduled for secure deletion after a defined period.

4. Privacy & transparency

Protecting privacy is as important to us as securing systems.

  • We are transparent about how data is collected, processed, and stored.

We publish clear documentation, including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
